UWare is your new software acquisition and licensing headquarters! Our goal is to develop a centralized service to negotiate, administer, and distribute licensed software to the UW community while streamlining license reporting and compliance requirements in order to reduce administrative headaches, ensure software licensing compliance, and save money, too.

From this page you can find hundreds of software packages available through the UW to suit your every need. Use UWare’s Software Guide to find specific software to match your immediate needs.

Be sure to browse our UWare Store - using this pilot program, you will be able to purchase and download the software you need in minutes. New agreements are currently under negotiation and additional software products will be added in the coming months. UWare will orchestrate the collaborative effort to consolidate purchases across campus.
