Inspired by USEROne of the key outcomes of the Project is the cultural change it has initiated. Its successful approach and broad-based involvement have created a momentum campus-wide to question and examine policies and to rethink and streamline procedures. Volunteers to the Project have returned to their respective offices and looked anew at their own operations. Other initiatives have sought advice from the Project and/or incorporated its approach into their methods thereby creating "inspired by USER" products. Examples of such initiatives follow. |
