Current Scope for the GCI

Background

The Grant and Contract Initiative is developing an integrated information management system that will enhance the ability of the faculty, administrators, and staff at the University of Washington to procure and administer research grants and contracts. The goal is to first establish the system's core components with basic functionality, and to incorporate additional features in subsequent releases:

• Electronic GC1 with Automatic Routing and Approval
• SAGE Database
