Set Up A Conference Call Yourself For Up To Three Participants
Anyone on the campus telephone system can make a three way
conference call no matter what type of telephone instrument
is being used. Depending on the type of telephone set, more
parties may be added. To request information about using
your telephone for three party conference calls, please
contact the UW Technology Service Center at help@u.washington.edu or
call 206-221-5000.

For More Than Three Participants
Conference calls with more than three participants may
require some special instructions. To schedule a conference
call with more than three participants or to obtain
information about doing so, please dial 206-685-6060.
Reservations for conference calls may be made between the
hours of 8 a.m and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Conference Equipment Options
Speakerphones and other teleconferencing equipment are available from the UW Technology Service Center for either temporary or permanent installation on campus.Rental audio conference units are available from the UW Technology Service Center for $40 per day.

The "Regular SoundStation Analog Polycom" or the "Soundstation2 Avaya 2490 for Definity" are are two models of Polycom conference phones that can be purchased.
- The UW Technology Service Center recommends the "Regular SoundStation Analog Polycom" model because it can be used for any digital set.
- NOTE: A Konex adapter is also needed for the "Regular SoundStation Analog Polycom" model.
- This inexpensive adapter can be used with all the digital models of telephone sets.

- The "Soundstation2 Avaya 2490 for Definity" will only work with the Avaya 6400 series telephone sets.
