Professional & Organizational Development (POD) provides training for leaders at every level—from an intensive program for UW supervisors and managers to innovative leadership seminars for experienced leaders facing new challenges. POD has redesigned its successful Strategic Leadership Program (SLP)
to ensure better alignment with the goals of the Leadership, Community
and Values Initiative and with other changes happening at the University
of Washington.
