All of us spend time thinking about our health, and some of us devote hours each day to living well -- getting adequate exercise, eating a healthy diet, and generally doing the things we need to do to be as healthy as we can. And there are some of us who know we should be doing more but cannot seem to find the time.

The University has a vested interest in the health and well-being of all members of our community. The healthier each of us is, the better we are able to learn and work, and the more we can contribute to our community. The resources on this site will help you explore the many UW programs and local community resources that incorporate wellness into their service offerings. UWellness is devoted to supporting UW faculty, staff, retirees, students and their families to live a healthy, balanced life.
