Eligibility

If you are eligible for the employee medical, dental, life and LTD insurances, then you are eligible to apply for the auto, home and renter insurance program.

Premium Payment When Not on the Payroll

If you have an academic year appointment, Benefits & Work/Life will provide information to the vendor so that they will automatically bill you at home over your annual summer leave period. Otherwise, during any period that you are off the payroll on leave, you must make arrangements directly with the vendor for payment of premiums.
