DeltaCare is a managed care plan administered by Washington Dental Service. DeltaCare provides comprehensive benefits from a select network of participating dentists. There are no employee or dependent premiums for any of the UW dental plans.
With DeltaCare, you must typically see your primary care dentist for a referral to any specialist, and you must remain with your dentist of choice for a specified length of time. You receive minimal or no benefits if you seek care from nonparticipating dentists.
You may be responsible for copayments for each visit and for certain services. For a schedule of copayments and additional information on the plan, visit DeltaCare Plan Information.
