In 2001, Financial Management conducted a diversity audit with its employees. One of the findings was
the need to address staff concerns about promotion and merit within its diverse employee base.
The Mentoring Program is designed to help Financial Management employees explore avenues of growth
and advancement. This opportunity comes through a better understanding of diversity and the tools required to
succeed in Financial Management. The program supports both mentors and mentees through training
and offers continued support throughout the term of the program.
